Non-Executive DirectorMs. Shweta Jalan joined as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 9th November 2023. She has been Managing Director at Advent India PE Advisors since 2009.
She has prior experience at ICICI Venture and Ernst & Young. Ms. Jalan has led transactions across industrials, media, IT/BPO, and business services. She advises on investment structuring, growth strategies, and successful exits.
